Records digitization

1.2 million paper records migrated for a county clerk, with chain-of-custody logging end to end.

Placeholder case study — client details to follow. A county clerk's office held 1.2 million paper records that the public had a legal right to request — and a fourteen-day average turnaround for finding them.

We designed and operated the digitization pipeline: scanning, indexing, quality control and a searchable records system, with chain-of-custody logging on every document from shelf to database.

Records requests now turn around in two days, and the originals are preserved rather than handled.
